Leicester – The Brits Desi Society proudly organised a highly successful Indian High Commission Consular Camp in Leicester last Saturday, delivering essential services to the local Indian community with remarkable ease and efficiency.

The camp, held in collaboration with the Indian Consulate General in Birmingham, provided a range of services including visa applications, passport renewals, consular assistance, and Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) services. Over 200 applicants were served during the event, which aimed to bring vital consular services closer to the community, ensuring convenience and accessibility.
Chairman Rishu Walia expressed his sincere gratitude to the dedicated officers from the Indian Consulate General, Birmingham, for their unwavering support and commitment to serving the community. He also extended thanks to all volunteers, community members, and attendees whose efforts contributed to the smooth and impactful running of the camp.
